Chesapeake Palmetto Partners is an independent firm with extensive experience in the building sciences. We believe that our environment is changing and demand for our natural resources is increasing at a steady pace. The business practices of the past cannot be sustained. It is our avocations to help building owners identify antiquated business process and areas of waste to make better decisions and focus on their core business.

As a full-service contractor and consultant to property professionals, our mission is to help our clients dramatically reduce their reliance on fossil fuels through a comprehensive approach to both energy efficiency and clean energy resources. We work with our business partners to create enduring community infrastructure by applying a thoughtful, energy-efficient design to maximize our client’s investment. Our team is driven by a sincere desire to improve our client’s bottom line.
OUR APPROACH
We go deep to understand the original design and intent of a facility compared with current operations and degradation. We conduct a thorough evaluation of the supply side (energy cost structure from utility suppliers) as well as the demand side (use of energy by building systems). We apply the current environmental and building performance standards to our recommendations. Our integrated system approach ensures all building components operate in harmony.
OUR COMMITMENT
We layer energy savings with available utility/tax incentives, public & private grants, and various project funding options to deliver a financially viable project. We provide ongoing system commissioning to hold the energy improvement gains.
